The scope to release the prohibition
 The business is same or similar to the business of the Company.
The duration of releasing prohibition
During the term of office for all the directors mentioned as above.
Resolution (In compliance to the Article 209 of the Company Act)
Voting rights of shareholders present at the time of voting: 141,047,742 shares; rights of approval: 141,047,742 shares which is 95.37% of total shares presented. As a result, this proposal has been approved.
