- Setting up a gym and yoga studio
In order to maintain the habit of continuous exercise among colleagues, Ability has a built-in gym and yoga studio to encourage employees to exercise continuously in their spare time. - Massage by the visually impaired therapist is available to relieve muscle soreness and stress for employees.
Ability understands the heavy work pressure on employees and the need to stretch the body and mind. In line with its corporate social responsibility, it has expanded employment opportunities for the visually impaired, hiring masseurs with disabilities and visual impairments to provide professional services by appointment in a dedicated massage room, so that employees can relax and relieve stress both physically and mentally. - Childbirth care and care resources
In addition to regularly organizing health seminars exclusively for women, we also arrange exclusive checkup items for female employees during the annual health checkup. Female employees are encouraged to continue breastfeeding their newborns after childbirth. The company has set up a “breastfeeding room” where they can breastfeed for 60 minutes during their daily work. In order to facilitate the care of preschool children, the company has signed a contract with a designated kindergarten. - Health promotion activities
At the end of 2023, Ability got the "Healthy Workplace" label that shows that the company attaches great importance to promoting employee health and preventing work-related injuries, and continues to use various health promotion activities to improve the safety and health of the workplace environment, thereby increasing workplace competitiveness and improving the corporate image.
In 2024, we continued to organize health promotion activities, combined ESG with a health promotion app, planed different tasks to be completed through photo uploading, daily walking, climbing stairs, etc., and organized fat reduction activities to encourage colleagues to participate in health promotion activities. Through daily walking and other activities, colleagues developed the habit of daily activities; and use A Café Vegetable Farm Salad and Green Latte in Ability as part of the rewards to encourage colleagues to eat more fruits and vegetables to achieve the goals of low-carbon vegetable living, carbon emission reduction, and healthy fat loss.
