Harnessing Stillness: Building a Sustainable and Healthy Workplace

Ability Enterprise's Yoga & Aerobics Club not only offers dynamic classes such as Yoga, Strength Training, Zumba, Cloud Gate Dance, and Party Aerobics, but also specially curates slow and calming stretch sessions to help employees find balance amidst their busy workdays. For this event, the club invited professional Tai Chi instructor, Mr. Chen Yongyao, to guide participants through the "Tai Chi × Ba Duan Jin" experience, embracing the health philosophy of "strength in stillness, stillness in motion."

Find Balance in Slowness, Relieve Workplace Stress

The course combines the movements of Ba Duan Jin with core Tai Chi techniques, guiding participants to practice focus and relaxation through breathing, rotation, and weight shifting. By integrating slow, flowing movements with deep breathing, the session not only enhances blood circulation and joint flexibility but also strengthens deep muscle stability, helping participants release stress while cultivating focus and mindfulness.

The Dedication of the Yoga & Aerobics Club and its Contribution to Corporate Culture

Ability Enterprise upholds a "people-first" culture and has long been committed to the physical and mental well-being of its employees. The activities of the Yoga & Aerobics Club are an integral part of the company’s commitment to creating a sustainable, healthy workplace, enabling employees to cultivate stable, growth-oriented, and balanced work habits through a combination of dynamic and calming practices.
