Ability Enterprise has been recognized as an outstanding enterprise in the 2025 "Enterprise Sustainability Report Revealing Occupational Health and Safety Performance Proactive Evaluation" conducted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the Ministry of Labor.

Ability Intelligent Reception welcomed the Taiwan Telecommunications Engineering Industry Association for a visit, engaging in exchanges on AIoT and smart city applications. The meeting included sharing achievements in AI image recognition and data integration, and discussions on potential collaborations in smart transportation, security, and parking, aiming to jointly promote the sustainable development of smart cities.

At Ability Enterprise, we integrate wellness into work life. A Tai Chi Eight Brocades session encouraged focus, balance, and the pursuit of a sustainable workplace.

Ability Enterprise invited Counseling Psychologist Yi-Ting Liao from the New Taipei City Department of Health to host a workplace mental wellness session titled “Are You Sleeping Well?” The lecture focused on the connection between sleep and emotional regulation, encouraging employees to strengthen self-awareness and develop healthy sleep habits—reflecting the company’s long-standing commitment to employee well-being.

Ability Enterprise’s 2025 Family Day “Happiness Carnival” kicked off with excitement! The event featured fun-filled activities such as parent-child DIY crafts, exciting challenge games, delicious picnics, and a summer beer truck, drawing over a hundred employees and their families. A special service awards ceremony was also held to honor the dedication of long-serving team members. The atmosphere was touching and joyful, blending laughter and pride, creating unforgettable memories for everyone involved.

Ability Enterprise partnered with the Yu-Cheng Social Welfare Foundation’s Jixian Sheltered Workshop to host a charity sale, demonstrating care and support. The carefully crafted products by trainees received enthusiastic response, highlighting their hard work and growth. Ability Enterprise has partnered with National Chung Hsing University to launch a collaborative research project on acoustic design, focusing on optimizing low-frequency response in loudspeakers. The project advances from modeling and structural simulation to prototype verification, promoting a deep integration of academic theory and practical application to strengthen expertise in acoustic technology.

Ability Enterprise rallied its team to participate in the 2025 Taipei Tech Cup “Love the Earth” Charity Run, demonstrating One Team spirit and a strong commitment to health and environmental sustainability. The event strengthened bonds among colleagues and showcased the company’s dedication to protecting the environment.

Ability Enterprise has introduced AI smart vending machines from Smart Converge, featuring cloud-based management and intelligent heating. The 24/7 hot meal service reflects the company’s commitment to employee care and the application of smart technologies in the workplace.

In March, as cherry blossoms bloom across Japan, Ability Enterprise celebrated its 60th anniversary by unveiling a cherry blossom wishing wall, inviting employees and senior leaders to join in a collective wish-making ceremony. This event brought together the hopes and aspirations of our team, symbolizing unity and optimism for the future.
