Ability Enterprise has introduced AI smart vending machines from Smart Converge, featuring cloud-based management and intelligent heating. The 24/7 hot meal service reflects the company’s commitment to employee care and the application of smart technologies in the workplace.

Ability Enterprise actively promotes a sustainable eating culture by offering healthy salad meals made with pesticide-free hydroponic vegetables. Emphasizing locally sourced, sustainable produce, low-carbon diets, and diverse menu options, the company is committed to fostering a green and employee-friendly workplace while demonstrating dedication to environmental sustainability and employee well-being.

ABILITY Enterprise’s annual year-end gala, themed “ABILITY 3.0｜Celebrating 60 Years of Brilliance”, concluded on a high note with a vibrant evening of festivities. The event featured interactive booths, gourmet dining, lucky draw prizes, and captivating performances — creating memorable moments for employees and their families alike.

Ability Enterprise held its first supplier conference after the epidemic in December 2024. The purpose of this conference is to further discuss how to implement sustainable development strategies in the supply chain and jointly solve environmental, social and economic challenges. It also details the sustainable measures implemented by Ability in supply chain management, as well as the goals and plans for future cooperation with suppliers. In order to promote the sustainable development of the company and strengthen the long-term partnership with suppliers, a total of 9 selected ESG sustainable, excellent and best quality suppliers and major suppliers from all over the world were invited to participate in this event.

Ability Enterprise successfully received 'Healthy Workforce' certification from Taiwan National Health Agency

Ability Enterprise has established an ESG Steering Committee with PwC to align with global sustainability trends and stakeholder expectations. Guided by the UN’s 17 SDGs, the committee focuses on environmental protection, social well-being, and sustainable governance. Reporting directly to the board, the committee sets strategic ESG goals and promotes the company’s 4A values—ABILITY, ACTION, ASSOCIATION, and ABUNDANCE—to strengthen collaboration with employees, customers, and partners.
